DR. DOUGLAS KATSEV

After over 30 years of eye surgery and exams with Sansum Medical Foundation, Dr. Katsev was ready to start his own practice with his family. Welcome to the family of Santa Barbara Eyecare.

DR. CAILYN KATSEV RUCK

Dr. Ruck sees patients of all ages and types. She is licensed to treat and manage visual and medical conditions of the eye, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and cataracts.

DR. JOSEPH CHEN

Joseph Chen MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in laser-assisted and premium cataract surgery as well as the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma.

DR. CARTER ANDERSEN

Dr. Carter Andersen is a graduate of Southern California College of Optometry and has been practicing primary care optometry in Santa Barbara and Goleta since 2011. A native of Santa Barbara, Dr. Andersen is an alumnus of both UC Santa Barbara and San Marcos High School.
