Santa Barbara Eyecare is committed to the advancement of medicine and to finding new treatments for diseases of the eye. We offer our patients the opportunity to participate in clinical research studies at our Santa Barbara office. Qualified study participants may receive study medication at no charge, free study-related eye exams, and compensation for their time and travel. We conduct studies for a variety of eye diseases including presbyopia (trouble seeing up close), ocular hypertension, glaucoma, and more.
