Meet Dr. April Huang, OD

Dr. April Huang grew up in Ventura County and attended UC Berkeley for undergrad and for optometry school (Go Bears!). She completed her residency training at the Long Beach VA Hospital with an emphasis on ocular disease and low vision. Dr. Huang is passionate about eye health, contact lenses, and encouraging healthy eye behaviors in our daily lives. She loves spending her free time outdoors, often exploring national parks or hanging out at the beach. Her 14-year-old Pomeranian is her main obsession, along with tropical fruits and film photography.
